Abdullah Taha was arrested as a minor with others from a friend’s house in Sharqiya on November 7, 2016 during a visit to his mother, who became ill while traveling. He was forcibly disappeared for about 4 days and then presented before the prosecution, which ordered his detention pending investigations. He was sentenced to 5 years in prison on 8 February 2018 – violations he suffered: – enforced disappearance for days, during which he was beaten.
