Mahmoud Mohsen was arrested as a minor amidst the events of September 20 and forcibly disappeared until he appeared before the prosecution on September 30, 2019 under case No. 1413 of 2019, the Supreme State Security . He was charged with participating in a terrorist group to achieve its goals, broadcasting and spreading false news, abusing social media, and participating in a demonstration without a permit. The prosecution ordered him to be detained pending investigation. He was released on February 15, 2020. Violations: forced disappearance for days – prevented from visits.
