Loqman Mohamed Abd El-Fattah

Loqman Mohamed was arrested in his house on September 30th, 2014. He was detained on remand for joining a banned group, possessing ammunition and weapons, and organizing a terrorist group. He was released on bail on May 23rd, 2015. He was rearrested in Al Saftaoui market in Imbaba on January 26th, 2018. He forcibly disappeared for 21 days until he appeared before the prosecution. He was detained on remand under case No. 856 until he was released on bail on April 18th, 2018. Despite paying the bail, he was not released and his presence in the station was denied since April 30th, 2018. He remained disappeared until he was released on May 10th, 2018. He was subject to:
– Transferral to Benha.
– Deprivation of visitations.
– Beating and torture.
– Intransigence in his release for days.
– Enforced disappearance for a while.
