Warda Gomaa was arrested and detained under case No. 1235 of 2019. the court ordered her release. However, the judgment was not implemented. She was forcibly disappeared for a while before she was presented before the prosecution on September 8th, 2020. She was charged with a new case and was detained on remand. She was subject to:
