Abeer Hisham was arrested on January 2, 2017 from Saad Zaghloul Square in Al Raml Station as a result of carrying a sign saying “Egyptian Tiran and Sanafir.” She was detained in the Attarin section under case No. 3448 for 2017 Al Attain Misdemeanors. She was released on 1/4/17 on bail of 1,000 pounds and sentenced in absentia to one year in prison on March 7, 2017. She was acquitted on appeal on 29 November 2018 – She was arrested for the second time on July 21, 2017 from downtown and charged with joining the 6 April movement, joining the Jara’aba Unity movement, sympathizing with the Muslim Brotherhood, and assaulting an employee in the course of his work. She was released on 9/27/2017 – Then she was also arrested on May 12, 2018 from the Sadat metro station in the metro protests. She was imprisoned in Al-Qanater prison under the case No. 718 for the year 2018 Supreme State Security . She was released on precautionary measures on October 10, 2018 – And on April 22, 2019 she was arrested in a microbus for refusing to go to the referendum on Jabra constitutional amendments. She remained forcibly disappeared for 6 days before appearing on the deputy under case No. 674 of 2019 Supreme State Security . She was charged with joining a terrorist group, and using a social media account to commit a legally punishable crime to threaten the security and safety of the community. She also obtained a release on March 19, 2020 – Violations: she was subjected to enforced disappearance for 6 days during the last arrest.
