Ahmed El-Saeed was arrested as a minor on December 22, 2013 in front of his home in Mansoura, Daqahliya province, in a Malaki car. He was forcibly disappeared for 4 days, and then presented before the prosecution in case No. 15259 for 2013, the second criminals of Mansoura, known as “Sacrifice the Brotherhood.”He was accused of killing a Mansoura taxi driver, attempting to kill others, and joining a terrorist group. The prosecution ordered him to be detained pending investigation. On June 23, 2014, he was sentenced to seven years in prison and denied appeal. Violations: – Enforced disappearance for four days, during which he was tortured and electrocuted – subjected to beatings and torture in his prison – subjected to medical negligence, suffering from chest crises, shortness of breath, and problems with vertebrae. He did not receive proper care in his confinement.
