Eman Mohamed was arrested on December 28, 2013, during a visit to a detainee in Nasr City. A report was made proving that she had in her possession two sheets of Alfoscape, written on them an event path, and a blueprint for what would be done at Al-Azhar University, as well as offensive phrases to the police and inciting violence.
