Fatima Ali was arrested on November 26, 2013, after an event that began in downtown Al-Fayoum and ended in the Kiman Faris neighborhood. She was taken to Bandar Al-Alyoum. She was presented before the prosecution and charged with resisting the authorities and detained pending investigations. She was released on December 2, 2013.
