Hikmat Nassif was arrested on May 14, 2015, during a visit to her son, Abed al-Sunbati, in Jamsa prison. She was imprisoned for attempting to enter messages for her imprisoned son and carrying a knife (sharp object). She was acquitted on November 15, 2015. – Violations: – suffered from medical negligence – her parents suffered from ill-treatment during the visit, and intransigence in the entry of supplies.
