Mahmoud Tarek was arrested in Al-Azizeyah in Sharqiah governorate on November 28th, 2017, accused of possession of printed material and demonstration without permit. He was detained on remand. The court ordered his release on April 21st, 2018, but the judgement was not implemented. He was forcibly disappeared then appeared on May 25th, 2018.
He was subject to:
– intransigence in implementing the release decision.
– enforced disappearance for a while.
