Mohamed Gaber was arrested by security forces amidst Housh Aissa events, in front of Al-Salam school in Al-Buhaira on January 27th, 2015. He was of accused of joining an illegally formed group, demonstration without permit, assembly, possession of inciting printed material, and possession of weapons, fireworks and ammunition. He was detained on remand and acquitted on March 14th, 2016 under case No. 348 of 2015, Downtown Damanhour total felonies.
