Due to his participation in a WhatsApp group called ‘Banner,’ which had 31 members. Through it, he and 5 members agreed to stage a protest on April 29, 2023, buying a banner from Al-Ataba and writing ‘Freedom for the Masses’ on it, standing in front of Al-Ahly Club in Al-Giza to voice their concerns to the club management and to demand the release of detained fans. However, the National Security was quickly informed, and they were arrested.
