Mohamed Naser was arrested amidst demonstration dispersal around the governorate office in Sohag governorate on July 6th, 2013. He was accused of joining an illegally formed group which aims to disrupt the law, raid on Sohag’s governorate building, disrupt the state’s institutions from functioning, assault citizens’ personal freedoms, and harm the national unit and social peace. He was detained on remand, later he was released.
