Mohamed Tarek was arrested amidst demonstrations in Awish Al Hajar in Al Mansoura, Dakahlia on January 3rd, 2015. He was detained on remand for demonstration without permit, assembly, show of force and violence, possession of inciting printouts, throwing stones and incendiary devices, and beating two police officers. He was sentenced to three-year prison.
