He was forcibly disappeared until he appeared before the prosecution under the case No. 1338 for 2019, Supreme State Security on September 28, 2019. He was charged with participating in a terrorist group in achieving its purposes, publishment false news, abusing social media, and participating in a demonstration without a permit. The prosecution ordered his detention pending investigations. He was released on October 15, 2019.
