Samar Hasan’s home was raided in Shibra Al Khaimah and she was arrested on February 11, 2015 and then forcibly disappeared. Her family filed complaints with the Attorney General without reply. She appeared 10 days later in El Qanater prison, accused of collaborating with the Makmalin channel in Case No. 205 of 2015, Supreme State Security. She remained a prisoner in El Qanater prison until she was released on July 6, 2015. – Violations she was subjected to: Enforced disappearance for more than 10 days – her forced disappearance was not proven by the prosecution when she appeared.
