Zainab Mohamed was arrested amidst the events of September 20, and forcibly disappeared until she appeared before the prosecution on October 10, 2019 under case No. 1338 of 2019, Supreme State Security . She was charged with the participation in a terrorist group to achieve its objectives, broadcasting and disseminating false news, misuse of social media, and participation In a demonstration without a permit. She was imprisoned under investigations which are still being renewed. Violations she was subjected to: enforced disappearance for days. Not allowed to recieve visits and other means of communication for months starting with the Corona crisis.
