Judge Shabib Al Dhamrany served as the president of Al Zagazig Felonies Court; the president of Giza Felonies Court; the president of Appeal Circuit No. 9 in Cairo Economic Court in 2013-2014; and the president of Circuit No. 22, South Cairo Felonies, as a successor to the Judge Said Al Sayed, from December 12th, 2016 until February 2020, when the court was headed by Judge Khaled Hesham.

Judge Shabib Al Dhamrany sentenced 21 defendants to death in the terrorism cases on which he presided (till 2020).
