During the years 2013 to 2017, Judge Wagdy Abd Al-Menaeim served as a member of the Criminal Court at Cairo’s Court of Appeal. He was seconded to the Criminal Court of North Cairo in Abbasia to investigate the 2016 Air Defense Stadium incidents. In 2018, he became the head of the Criminal Court of Cairo. Later, in 2019, he was transferred to the position of a member of the Ninth Terrorism Circuit at the Criminal Court of Cairo. From 2020 until October 2021, he held the position of a member of the Fifth Terrorism Circuit at the Cairo Criminal and Emergency Supreme State Security Court. Since 2022, Wagdy Abd Al-Menaeim has been serving as the head of the Third Terrorism Circuit at the Criminal Court of Cairo.
