Judge Sameh Abd Al-Hakm has held several positions within the public prosecution and the judicial system. He was previously the head of the Court of Appeal until 2018. In 2019, he became the head of the Criminal Court of Shubra, until he was appointed as the head of the Eighth Terrorism Circuit at the Supreme State Security Criminal Court. It’s worth noting that Judge Sameh Abd Al-Hakm is the son-in-law of President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.
