Mohamed Ibrahim was arrested as a minor on January 3, 2014, during the dispersal of demonstrations in Sadat city, 8th district. He was charged with joining a banned organization, blocking the highway, and possessing Shammarikh, Molotov cocktails and nail balls to disrupt police forces. He was detained pending investigation. He was arrested again from his home and forcibly disappeared on April 23, 2017.
